dosri.me provides the following services:
1.1 Individual Consultations Strategic consulting sessions in Digital Identity Engineering and Marketing, delivered online or in-person.
1.2 Digital Identity Diagnostic Quiz A free diagnostic tool that evaluates your digital identity across five dimensions through a 20-question assessment. Users may optionally connect their Instagram account for deeper, data-driven analysis.
1.3 Digital Courses (Digital Academy) Pre-recorded educational content in digital identity engineering and marketing strategy. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of completion.
1.4 Events and Workshops Live training sessions, workshops, and seminars — both online and in-person — available via paid or free registration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use dosri.me and its services for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written permission
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
4. Instagram Account Connection
When using the optional Instagram account connection feature in our Digital Identity Diagnostic Quiz:
- You confirm that the Instagram account you connect belongs to you
- You grant us read-only access to your account data via the Instagram Graph API for the sole purpose of generating your personalized analysis report
- You understand that we do not post, publish, or modify any content on your behalf
- You acknowledge that analysis results are professional recommendations and not guaranteed outcomes
- You may revoke access at any time through Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
We access Instagram data solely through Meta's official Instagram Graph API with user-authorized permissions. Our use of Instagram data is governed by both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Processing Payments are processed securely via Tap Payments. Supported methods include credit/debit cards and local payment options. We do not store your payment card details.
5.3 Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed upon successful completion of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
5.4 Authorization By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Refund Policy
Individual Consultations:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full refund
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
- Cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling at your choice
Digital Courses:
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been viewed
- No refund after 7 days or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed
Events and Workshops:
- Cancellation 72+ hours before event: Full refund
- Cancellation 24–72 hours before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before event: No refund
- Event cancellation by us: Full refund

7. Intellectual Property
All content on dosri.me — including but not limited to articles, course materials, tools, methodologies, designs, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of Mohammed Al-Dosari and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without prior written permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
You MAY:
- Share links to our content with proper attribution
- Quote limited excerpts for non-commercial purposes with clear attribution to dosri.me
8. Digital Courses — Specific Terms
8.1 License Upon purchasing a digital course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.2 Access Course access is granted to the purchasing email address only and may not be shared or transferred.
8.3 Certificates Certificates of completion are issued upon completing all required course content. Certificates are personal to you and may not be transferred or sold.
8.4 Content Updates We may update course content at any time to improve quality or accuracy. Substantial changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Nature of Consulting Consultations and recommendations provided are professional opinions based on experience and available information. Actual results may vary and depend on the client's effort, execution, and factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
9.2 Quiz Results The Digital Identity Diagnostic Quiz report is a diagnostic tool intended to provide insights and recommendations. It is not a guarantee of specific results and should be considered as one input in your decision-making process.
9.3 Service Availability We strive to maintain website availability 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.
9.4 Third-Party Platforms We are not responsible for changes to Instagram's API, Meta's policies, or any third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of our services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dosri.me and Mohammed Al-Dosari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mohammed Al-Dosari, dosri.me, and any affiliated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Content you submit or actions you take through our services

- Instagram / Meta — For optional account analysis (Instagram Graph API)
- Supabase — For secure data storage
- Tap Payments — For payment processing
- YouTube — For course video hosting
- Vercel — For website hosting
Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at dosri.me/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also discontinue use of our services at any time.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith negotiations.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dosri.me regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
