1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When using our website, quiz, or booking a consultation, we may collect:

  • Full name

  • WhatsApp number
  • Payment information (processed securely via Tap Payments)

1.2 Instagram Account Data (Optional, With Your Explicit Consent)

If you choose to connect your Instagram account to our Digital Identity Diagnostic Quiz, we collect the following data solely for the purpose of generating your personalized analysis report:

  • Instagram username
  • Follower count and following count
  • Total media count
  • Account type (Personal / Business / Creator)
  • Biography (bio text)
  • Profile picture URL
  • Recent posts data: captions, like counts, comment counts, timestamps, media type

We explicitly confirm:

  • We do NOT read your private messages
  • We do NOT publish, post, or modify any content on your behalf
  • We do NOT store your Instagram access token after the analysis is complete
  • We use read-only permissions exclusively
  • We do NOT sell or share your Instagram data with any third party

This data access is facilitated through the Instagram Graph API, authorized by Meta, using the following permissions:

  • instagram_business_basic
  • instagram_business_manage_insights

1.3 Automatically Collected Data

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, interactions
  • Device data: browser type, operating system, screen resolution
  • IP address (for security purposes only)

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Instagram Data Usage — Detailed Disclosure

Why we request Instagram access: Our Digital Identity Diagnostic Quiz analyzes your digital identity across five dimensions: Identity Core, Audience & Positioning, Consistency & Presence, Content & Narrative, and Impact & Conversion. Connecting your Instagram account allows us to provide data-driven insights based on your actual account performance rather than self-reported information alone.

What we analyze:

  • Profile completeness (bio quality, link in bio, account type)
  • Posting consistency (frequency over the past 90 days)
  • Engagement rate (average likes + comments relative to followers)
  • Call-to-action presence in captions
  • Content focus and consistency

What we do NOT do with Instagram data:

  • Store raw caption text beyond the analysis session
  • Use data for advertising targeting
  • Share data with any party outside our secure infrastructure
  • Access Instagram data without explicit user authorization

Revoking access: You can revoke our app's access to your Instagram account at any time by going to: Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → dosri-quiz → Remove

4. Data Sharing

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

a) Service Providers (data processors):

  • Supabase — Secure database storage (encrypted servers)
  • Tap Payments — Payment processing (we never store your card details)
  • Vercel — Website hosting

All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to us.

b) Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

Our website uses only essential cookies required for site functionality (session management, user preferences). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Third-Party Services

Instagram / Meta

To disconnect our app from Instagram: Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → dosri-quiz → Remove

Tap Payments

Payment processing is handled by Tap Payments. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy available at https://tap.company.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Our services are based in Bahrain. If you are accessing our services from outside Bahrain, your information may be transferred to and processed in Bahrain and the countries where our service providers operate (including the United States for Supabase and Vercel). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
